Absolutely disgusting rooms.. they smell of cat piss and I can't even describe what else. There was a dresser full of someone's mail in one of the rooms I got and in the other the TV was completely non functioning. Both rooms had dust. Boogers and blood smeared through the rooms.

At first glance, the room looked okay, but once we returned for the night, we realized it was in terrible condition. The mattress offered no support, and all three pillows were old, flat and thin. Sheets were stained/soiled. Iron missing, hair dryer missing, one chest drawer broken and hanging off frame. Freezer compartment in refrigerator had thick frost buildup and spilled food. Air conditioner filters had never been cleaned or replaced and were full of dust and dirt that blew into the room. Drapery rod broken with first four pleats unable to be pinned-up, so light flooded room all night long. Bathroom was outdated and mildewed; shower control broken. Bath towels were stained/soiled. No place to set toiletries in bathroom. One small travel pack of facial tissues provided. Had planned for two-night stay, but we were so repulsed, especially with the stained linens, that we checked-out at 7:30 AM. It cost us $98 for a very uncomfortable, cringeworthy night. This was sub-par housekeeping and extremely bad management; even the landscaping surrounding the hotel was overrun with weeds and parking lot is in bad shape. Apparently, no one cares.

This place is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Lights constantly flashing outside the windows and the curtains are insufficient. The room is tiny. There is no fridge, microwave, coffee, or coffee maker. The 3 pillows on the bed were like pieces of plywood in pillowcases. The whole building is falling apart. The door frame is broken and barely hanging on so with it locked all the crack heads running around here can just push it open. There’s only one piece of furniture in the tiny room but it’s falling apart too.

I've stayed here 4 years ago while attending a Buffalo Bills game, funny thing I ended up with the same room on the ground floor. For a non smoking room the room reeked of smoke. The bed was comfortable and that's it, fridge door wouldn't stay shut. Bathroom in very need of repairs. Oh yes and instant HOT water to where I burnt my hand!!! WOW!!! There was a safe in the room that didn't work. I think I'll go to the comfort inn next door next time I go to a game. Looks like new owners and that will tell you why it's the way it is...

There were stains on the bedspread, five inch hole in the dirty wall, 2 of 3 drawers were completely missing from the dresser, the phone didn't work at all, neither ice machine worked and I can't even put words the condition of the bathroom. We've stayed at a lot of Red Roof Inns and this one for years but in the last two years it has really gone downhill. Certainly not worth the $146 they were charging.
